When do I pay the commission?
Commission is only charged after a deal is officially confirmed by both the startup and the investor through the Hook Hustlers platform. No deal, no commission — it's that simple.
What if I close a deal without using the platform?
As per the legal agreement signed at signup, all deals facilitated through connections made on Hook Hustlers must be confirmed through the platform. Closing without confirmation is a breach of agreement and subject to legal action.
Is there a refund on the ₹499/month subscription?
The Hook Hustlers maintains a strict no-refund policy on all subscription fees as stated in our Terms of Use. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to prevent future charges.
What is the investor annual membership fee?
The investor annual membership fee is a flat ₹4,599/year, regardless of AUM or investment size. This gives you full access to all startup listings, AI matching, deal flow and platform features for 12 months.
Do I need the Post-Deal Plan immediately after closing?
No. The Post-Deal Plan (₹1,599/month) is optional and activated only if you wish to continue using the platform for future rounds, additional investor relationships, or next-stage tools after your deal closes.
